Atlanta Braves outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr. smashed one out of the park in emphatic fashion on Friday against the Philadelphia Phillies. His home run was so impressive that he just had to stare down Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Zack Wheeler after sending the ball flying.

For a second there it looked like Ronald Acuna Jr. was about to take off for first base. He quickly realized that he had hit the pitch so cleanly that it was well on its way out of centerfield. Wheeler threw an 89.7 mph slider on Ronald Acuna Jr., which apparently wasn't the best decision from the Phillies pitcher. Acuna's line drive in the bottom of the fifth inning resulted in a two-run home run for the Braves. The 23-year-old finished four-for-five at the player to go with a pair of doubles and two RBI's.

His blast to deep center field was the third on the season for Acuna, as he continues to emerge as one of the elite baseball players in the league.

Thanks to Ronald Acuna Jr.'s heroics, the Braves emerged with a blowout victory over the Phillies, 8-1. These two teams battle it out again on Saturday and again on Sunday to close the series.
