Aaron Judge is an All-Star caliber baseball player. He is known for his immense power on the field. But it is his off-the field work and charity that sets him apart as a fan favorite. Judge recently took time out of his extremely busy schedule to gift a cancer survivor with baseball cards. However, they are more than just your basic Topps set with random players. These baseball cards were custom made and featured the cancer survivor and Judge on the card.

This is not the first time Judge has taken time to help others off the diamond. He has his own charity called the “All Rise Foundation” that is aimed at helping children become responsible citizens.

The slugger got the job done on the field as well in 2021. Judge hit .287 with 39 home runs and 98 RBI’s. He is a career three-time All-Star and has finished within the top five in MVP voting on two separate occasions. Aaron Judge is in the conversation for best player in baseball as well.

His ability to excel at baseball combined with his willingness to make the world a better place makes Judge an automatic fan favorite in New York. Yankee fans love him and are hopeful that he will remain with the team for the long term.

He is set to become a free agent in the near future, but Yankees general manager Brian Cashman recently proclaimed that New York will offer him an extension prior to Opening Day.

So the team and Judge have a week or so to figure out a deal, since Judge has expressed that he does not want to focus on contract negotiations once the regular season begins.

Yankee fans are hopeful the two sides can come to an agreement, especially after Aaron Judge’s most recent act of gifting custom made baseball cards to a cancer survivor.
