If one player in the next decade is going to be the best hitter of all time, it's going to be Juan Soto. We've hardly ever seen anything like Soto in Major League Baseball history. What the Washington Nationals young star does for only being 23 years of age is simply mind-blowing.

He features one of the best approaches in baseball and that led him to have 145 walks for the Nationals last season. Less than 7 other players in baseball history have been able to walk 145 times. The Nationals star elite approach is up there with Barry Bonds, Mickey Mantle, and Ted Williams for most walks in a season.

The Nationals are going to have to have a busy offseason. They're going to have to keep Juan Soto happy and with the production that they had last season, he has to be everything but pleased. Washington decided last season to be sellers at the trade deadline. The Washington Nationals gave up two superstars in Trea Turner and Max Scherzer.

It will be interesting to see what pieces they decide to bring in and try to build around Juan Soto. At age 23, he has already solidified himself as a top-three player in baseball, and arguably the best hitter in the game.

The Washington Nationals are going to need to bring guys in to keep Juan Soto happy and if they don't, they might lose out on the best player in baseball.
