Just when you thought the NBA Finals were going to be lopsided, the Milwaukee Bucks come roaring right back. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Co. have tied the series at two apiece, with Chris Paul and the Suns heading back to Phoenix with their title dreams in the balance.

CP3 spoke to reporters on Friday right before Game 5 of the NBA Finals. The Suns All-Star was candid about the Bucks' comeback, expressing his frustration at the losses while also looking ahead.

Via ESPN's Dave McMenamin:

“I hate it, but it's that simple,” Paul said. “We didn't sweep but one series, so this is what happens in a series. That's why they make it seven games. This is the NBA Finals. It's dramatic. We got to protect home court and win the game tomorrow.”

Game 4 of the NBA Finals wasn't anything to write home about for Chris Paul. The 16-year NBA veteran struggled with his shot and finished with just 10 points. But more glaring were his five turnovers which were highly uncharacteristic of the usually stingy ball-handler.

“It's something I don't dwell on. Even though it may be an anomaly, it happens. I turned the ball over hella times before,” Paul said. “End of the day, we got to win the game. Me turning the ball over is not giving us enough shots at the basket. I'll figure it out.”

The NBA Finals continues with Game 5 on Saturday.
