Former teammates Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry dabbed it up right before the Golden State Warriors-Brooklyn Nets tip-off on opening night. The two NBA stars exchanged some words but unfortunately, they weren't mic'd up. Luckily for fans, Chris Webber shared what he thought the two said to one another.

Since Durant touched Curry's new braids, Webber thought that they were commenting on each others' hairstyles.

It would've been interesting to actually hear the little conversation between Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry. Good thing NBA fans have Webber who never fails to provide interesting commentary.

The duel between the Nets and Warriors marked the first game of the 2020-21 NBA regular season. Not only did it feature former teammates and colleagues, but it was a battle between two powerhouse squads.

With a healthy Durant and Kyrie Irving in the fold, the Nets are expected to make waves this season. The same goes with the Warriors, who have Curry back after an injury-riddled 2019-20 campaign.

Given the background of the teams, many expected a great first game. However, it turned out to be a blowout from start to finish. The Nets won the game, 125-99, after shooting 45.7 percent from the field and holding as much as a 38-point lead.

In his first game since injuring his Achilles in the 2019 NBA Finals, Durant chalked up 22 points on 7-of-16 shooting from the field, 1-of-2 from deep, and 7-of-7 from the free-throw line. Kyrie Irving led all scorers with 26 points.

Curry, for his part, had 20 points but shot a horrendous 2-of-10 from deep. Rookie James Wiseman added 19 points and six rebounds.
