Shaquille O’Neal, Dwyane Wade, and Candace Parker are all basketball legends. With Shaq and Wade now retired and Parker gearing up for her first season with the Chicago Sky, they made some time to have a little fun at the Inside the NBA studio on Tuesday night.
And Shaq was the unwitting victim.
The hulking NBA legend was catching a few Z’s before going on the air, but the poor chap forgot he had a couple of puckish co-hosts around, including his former teammate in Wade, who couldn’t resist using the snoozing Shaq's open mouth as a basketball hoop (via Dime).

Of course, the mischievous duo could only get a few shots off before Shaq awoke with a wry, unsurprised grin on his face since Wade in particular is quite fond of pranks involving his old pal.
While Parker employed the less demanding underhanded throwing style to try and toss a tasty morsel into The Big Diesel's mouth, Wade fully committed to the jumpshot style that he used throughout his 16-year career.
It was all in good fun though for the three co-hosts.
Dwyane Wade played with Shaquille O'Neal from 2004 to 2008 and they came storming out of the gates in their second season together, leading the Miami Heat to the title.
Candace Parker, meanwhile, has been in the WNBA since 2008 and previously played her entire career with the Los Angeles Sparks before signing a two-year deal with the Chicago Sky.
