Pacquiao, fresh from his victory over Adrien Broner, is enjoying a little bit of a break before flying back to the Philippines to fulfill his duties as a senator. He’s also a solid Warriors fan.
Mayweather, a proud Lakers fan, is most likely in Los Angeles just to have fun and do some business ventures.
It is not clear if they decided to meet in Staples Center to discuss something or if this was just a coincidence, but the two legendary boxers are rumored to be under negotiations for a potential rematch this year.
Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather have already seen each other in a club somewhere in Japan late last year. Furthermore, these two icons also bumped into each other at a Filipino Heritage Night during an L.A. Clippers game.
They are just some of the celebrities present in the Lakers-Warriors matinee. Snoop Dogg was also spotted during the first half and was even asked to give his thoughts on this current Lakers team.
Then there’s Jack Nicholson of course.
But a Pacquiao-Mayweather sighting is always bound to steal the show.
