On the latest episode of Knuckleheads with Darius Miles and Quentin Richardson, Detroit Pistons legend Isiah Thomas was asked by Miles to name his five favorite NBA players of all-time.

The Pistons icon went with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Larry Bird and Julius Irving.

Thomas and Jordan were fierce rivals since the Pistons and Bulls battled each other a lot both in the NBA regular season and playoffs. Jordan never liked Thomas on or off the court, but that did not stop Zeke from putting MJ in his top five favorite players to watch.

To recall, Jordan didn't want Thomas on the 1992 U.S.A. Dream Team, and  he got his wish. Thomas reflected about that with Miles and Richardson as well.

Thomas and Magic were like brothers, though. They are two of the best — if not the best — point guards in NBA history.

As we all know, Thomas spent his entire NBA career with the Pistons. The Chicago native was a 12-time All-Star, two-time NBA champion and the 1990 Finals MVP.

Thomas and Detroit defeated the Portland Trail Blazers in five games, with Thomas averaging 27.6 points, 5.2 rebounds and 7.0 assists in the 1990 series.

Isiah Thomas was inducted into the Hall of Fame back in 2000. He finished his career with averages of 19.2 points, 3.6 rebounds and 9.3 assists. The Pistons great will always be appreciated by Detroit fans.
