For years, NBA fans have debated who would win a 1-on-1 matchup between Warriors forward Draymond Green and former Bulls big man Dennis Rodman. The two have even traded blows at each other in the public eye. NBA Hall of Famer James Worthy made it known he'd take Rodman in the matchup. Nets superstar Kevin Durant picked the debate back up by posting a graphic of the two with the caption as read below:

Durant's jab is obviously directed at the fact that both players are significantly limited offensively, while being two of the best defensive players ever. He never directly answered the question, although one would assume he'd take his former Warriors teammate Draymond Green. In 10 seasons, Green averages 8.7 points per game for his career. His best came in the 2015-16 season in which he averaged 14.0 points, one of just four seasons he's averaged double-digits. Nowadays, his scoring numbers are down significantly, as he averaged 7.0 points this regular season.

In comparison, Rodman averaged 7.3 points per game in his 14-year career. He finished his career by averaging just 2.8 points per game in his final season, while still grabbing 14.3 rebounds. Rodman made the All-NBA Defensive Team eight times, while winning NBA Defensive Player of the Year twice. Green won NBA DPOY in the 2016-17 season, as he's made the All-NBA Defensive Team six times with the Warriors.

When it's all said and done, Rodman and Green will have had eerily similar careers. This is true in terms of both via accomplishments and statistics, offensively and defensively. The two are often compared to each other for obvious reasons. Durant raises an interesting point, as a theoretical 1-on-1 between Rodman and Green likely would last over an hour.
