The whole sports world was undoubtedly entertained by the thrilling fight between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley on Sunday in Cleveland. In fact, LeBron James and several other NBA players tuned in to the bout and couldn't help but react after the epic encounter.

Paul won the fight via split decision, though the results have been met with questions and criticisms since many believe that the YouTuber-turned-boxer won more rounds compared to Woodley. While the former UFC champion tried to stage a comeback midway through the eight-round fight, Paul did enough to garner the points and protect his lead to take the victory.

Despite the controversy, it was no less entertaining. LeBron James was already excited before the fight, with the NBA star even tweeting he should have gone home in Cleveland to watch the bout. The Los Angeles Lakers forward agreed with Kendrick Perkins that it was one hell of a fight worthy of some recognition.

Perkins, for his part, acknowledged Paul's ability to market himself and sell tickets, all while being able to walk the talk when it comes to fighting.

Other NBA stars chimed in on the result. Jordan Clarkson had a clear opinion on who won the fight, while others like Robert Covington, Josh Richardson, Immanuel Quickley, and more were simply entertained or split with the result of the boxing match.

It remains to be seen if there will be a Jake Paul-Tyron Woodley 2.0. However, this one is for sure: NBA players, other athletes, and boxing enthusiasts in general will be raring to watch that if it happens.
