The Cleveland Cavaliers have not been a rather good team this season and especially of late. They started the year at or around .500 and seemed to have some interesting pieces. Once they traded for Jarrett Allen, we all got the sense that they are on the right path in their rebuild. The trade has translated to some solid defensive play, but this team is just so inefficient on the offensive end. The Cavs rank 30th in total score and 29th in three-point percentage in the NBA. That is not a recipe for success most nights.
Some of the young talent on this team performed well in Cleveland's latest win against Chicago. The backcourt duo of Collin Sexton and Darius Garland has a ton of potential and lit up the scoreboard against the Bulls. Sexton and Garland went for 30 and 25 points, respectively. Kevin Love adds experience and depth to this team that is much needed when he is healthy. Love added 15 points and nine rebounds in the recent win as well. Cleveland has seen success against Charlotte in recent history, going 13-6-1 ATS in their last 20 games head-to-head.
