The Atlanta Hawks have utilized a combination of young talent and savvy veterans to string together quite an impressive roster that has made some noise in the Eastern Conference this season.
With this combination helping the Hawks remain right in the thick of the Eastern Conference playoff race, it was a tandem of forwards in Kevin Huerter and Solomon Hill that capped off Atlanta's first-half effort on Tuesday evening against the Toronto Raptors.
With Hill throwing a baseball pass throughout the full length of the court, Huerter completed the play not only by catching the basketball with time left on the clock but also getting a circus shot off before the buzzer sounded.

Adding to the awesomeness of such a moment, Hawks superstar point guard Trae Young had a hilarious reaction to what just unfolded before him. While it is usually Young at the forefront for the majority of the crazy shots that land in Atlanta, it was probably nice for the standout signal-caller to be in the audience for this one.

With the Hawks entering the early week Eastern Conference showdown sporting a 29-25 record, Atlanta, as of writing, sits in fourth place in the standings while Toronto finds itself way down in 11th place thanks to the team's dismal 21-33 record.
If the season were to end today, as the Hawks presently lead the Raptors early in the third quarter, Atlanta would play host against the No. 5-seeded Miami Heat in the opening round of the postseason, a franchise that notably won the Eastern Conference just a season ago.
