Boston Celtics guard Terry Rozier is starting to make a name for himself in the NBA, and he's doing so on the league's best team.

In his third year with the Celtics, he's averaging 9.3 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 23.3 minutes per game — all career highs, via Basketball Reference.

But Rozier is not satisfied with his role. It's not that he's upset with it. He just has bigger aspirations for his career, per NBC Sports Boston.

“I know, in the future, I want to be a starter,” Rozier said. “I’m going to be a starter. I came in. I played after Isaiah Thomas, and I’m playing after Kyrie now, and that’s the only reason I don’t start. That’s how I’m looking at it. But I know I’ll be a starter in this league.”

Rozier is young still, but his production has increased every season that's been in the league. It helps that while he's been in the NBA, Rozier has played for one of the best coaches in the business in Brad Stevens.

But if Rozier keeps making an impact the way he has been this season, there's no reason to think he can't find a starting job in the NBA. Maybe it's not with the Celtics, but the will be a team out there that will start him.

It's only a matter of time.
