According to local police, “a female driver was issued citations for disobeying a red light on West Madison Street in Chicago and instigating the car crash; she attempted to go around a male driver after the blown red light, and in doing so, crashed into the building.”
The Advocate Center, which had first opened in 2014, is located next to the United Center, the Bulls' home arena.
