For a lot of NBA players, the season’s grind takes its toll on their bodies, as the continuous practices, traveling and games, are very tiring to say the least. They also have to fight the feeling of loneliness, as they are away from their families and loved ones for at least half of the season.

That explains why they go on grand vacations during the summer, in order to spend more time with them. Chicago Bulls guard Dwyane Wade is known to be one of those who maximizes the break, and usually brings his wife, actress Gabrielle Union, to some of the best locations in the world. They are doing exactly that once again, as they have been seen in Athens recently enjoying the beach, and each other’s company.

News came out earlier this month that the 35-year-old Marquette product could possibly reach a buyout with the Bulls, which would make him an unrestricted free agent. However, nothing is set in stone yet, and there's still a lot of uncertainties regarding which team he’ll end up playing for next season.

The vacations will end soon for players soon though, as they prepare for the next campaign starting with their respective teams’ training camps. For Wade, it can be expected that he will be addressing his contract situation with the Bulls once he gets back, and will also decide on which team he wants to be part of in his 15th season in the league.
