ESPN and Netflix's “The Last Dance” docuseries had its fair share of intense moments throughout the 10-part series. However, there's no denying that the fight between Michael Jordan and Steve Kerr during practice stands out as one of the more memorable bits of the show.

As it turns out, that infamous incident more than two decades ago actually had more than a few witnesses on hand. “We were in this tiny little opera setting way above the training basketball courts, we were watching it and filming it,” said Gerard Neesham, an Australian national and eye-witness, via Eammon Tiernan of 7News.com.au.

“There was an incident and then Michael Jordan came over to us and said: ‘You two Aussies’. We looked at him and he said: ‘You didn’t see anything’.

“So I’m sort of bound by the fact that 22 years ago he said to me we didn’t see anything.

“As it’s turned out it (the incident) was pretty extraordinary but we were given the opportunity to spend four or five days there thanks to Luc Longley.”

The other guy involved was Neale Daniher, who is Neesham's assistant. It was a unique experience for them to be able to witness greatness unfold right before their eyes, but it appears that they got more than they bargained for. So much so, that the Jordan confrontation still lives with Neesham to this very day.
