The Dallas Mavericks are trying to steal another road game and win Game 7 on the road against the Los Angeles Clippers to advance to the next round. However, things look bleak early on as Tim Hardaway jr. left the game early in the first quarter after appearing to injure his ankle.
Tim Hardaway Jr. just went straight back to the locker room, something with his right foot, it appears.

Hardaway Jr. attempted a three and was jogging back to the other end when he pulled up limping and this could be a huge concern for the Mavs if it is anything serious.

Hardaway has easily been the second-best player on the Mavs and has been a huge reason for the success of this Dallas squad as he has become the running mate for Luka Doncic. The good news for the Mavs is Hardaway Jr. ended up returning to the court shortly after, bringing a sigh of relief to Dallas teammates and fans in a huge Game 7 with literally everything on the line.
Tim Hardaway Jr. (right ankle injury) will be available to return to today’s Game 7 against the Clippers.

The Mavs will definitely need Hardaway Jr. in some capacity, as he has put up four games of 20 or more points as the Mavs and Clippers have gone back and forth exchanging blows in an entertaining first-round series between two Western Conference heavyweights.
Can the Mavs continue the trend of the road team victory? Only time will tell.
