Under Armour and one of its endorsers, Emmanuel Mudiay, were news items just recently.
ESPN’s Darren Rovell initially tweeted about a patent that was suggested to have been filed by the apparel giant. The image from Rovell had a logo that, at first glance, easily screams the Denver Nuggets point guard’s name.

However, Mudiay was quick to shoot down the assumption; answering via Twitter as well.
Sir, idk where you got that information from @darrenrovell but that is not my logo

The Score’s Michael Chandler made some further research and found out that Under Armour indeed filed for a patent on the logo.

Who knows, maybe Mudiay is right that it’s not his logo; at least, not yet? Only time will tell, but all these speculations, as long as they’re not harmful, would only help hype up whatever plan is in store for both parties.
