There reportedly won’t be any additional disciplinary action taken by the league for the scuffle late in Game 2 between the Denver Nuggets and Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday, according to Royce Young of ESPN.

After Blazers big man Enes Kanter knocked down Nuggets swingman Torrey Craig, Denver guards Jamal Murray and Gary Harris went up to Kanter and confronted the Blazers big man. Craig suffered a broken nose earlier in the game and was wearing a mask. Murray and Harris were looking out for Craig.

Players from the Nuggets and Blazers bench came onto the floor once the scuffle started. Usually, players who leave the bench get suspended, but since it was during a timeout, there won't be any suspensions or fines:

Kanter didn't knock down Craig on purpose. In fact, Kanter was pushed by Nuggets All-Star Nikola Jokic into Craig. The optics of it looked like Kanter shoved Craig deliberately, especially coming from Murray and Harris' point of view.

The Blazers and Nuggets are tied at 1-1. Games 3 and 4  are in Portland and will probably be very physical. The Nuggets need to win just one game in Portland to reclaim home-court advantage in the series. Fans are hoping this series goes the full seven games.
