More Denver Nuggets fans will be watching their team at home this year as the organization experienced an influx of season ticket holders this offseason.
As per Kevin Burke, account executive, season ticket sales for the Nuggets:

The Nuggets finished with a decent 46-36 record last season for ninth place in the Western Conference. It was an impressive finish given that they weren't as loaded as other teams in the league. They had the likes of Nikola Jokic — who's primed to be their franchise player moving forward, Gary Harris, Will Barton, Wilson Chandler, and Paul Millsap, among others.

Most of the aforementioned names don't ring a bell. But they did manage to rack up over 40 wins last season in a tough Western Conference.
This season, the Nuggets will welcome a fan favorite in Isaiah Thomas who is looking at a fresh start after a tumultuous season last year. Despite his 5-foot-9 frame, Thomas has managed to escape and finish over much bigger defenders. This alone would give tons of oohs and ahhs from Nuggets fans.
Also, they will add top rookie Michael Porter Jr. which may have been the major reason for the influx of season ticket holders. His health situation is still iffy at this point. Critics believe that he'll most likely sit out his first year to rest and rehab. But this hasn't stopped Nuggets fans from looking forward to their new rookie to suit up, entertain, and help the team rack up some victories.
