Denver Nuggets All-Star center Nikola Jokic is questionable to play in Game 3 against the Los Angeles Clippers due to a right wrist sprain.

When Jokic was added to the Nuggets' injury report, many fans were confused since he finished Game 2 and played excellently.

Per Mike Singer of the Denver Post, it appears Jokic hurt his wrist in the first quarter of Game 2 after fouling Clippers guard Patrick Beverley. Take a look:

Nikola Jokic played 37 minutes in Game 2. He finished with 26 points, 18 rebounds and four assists while shooting 10-of-17 from the field, 4-of-5 from beyond the arc and 2-of-2 from the free-throw line.

It was a tremendous performance from Jokic considering the Nuggets were down 1-0 and he was playing with a sprained wrist.

Despite being questionable for Game 3, Nuggets fans can expect The Joker to play. After all, it is the playoffs and Jokic likely isn't going to miss a crucial game due to a wrist sprain, especially since Denver has some momentum following their huge Game 2 victory.

Thus far in the 2020 playoffs, Jokic is averaging 25.0 points, 8.7 rebounds and 5.0 assists in 36.7 minutes per game. He's shooting 51.5 percent overall, a staggering 49.1 percent from the 3-point line and 84.4 percent from the charity stripe.

For the Nuggets to pull off the upset over Kawhi Leonard and the Clippers, Denver will need Jokic and point guard Jamal Murray to continue to play like superstars.
