Denver Nuggets new signing Paul Millsap has gotten his gears in motion this offseason, organizing a week-long mini-camp for his new teammates in Atlanta, according to Harrison Wind of BSN Denver.

Millsap is fresh off signing a three-year, $90 million deal with the organization to put to rest the unfinished business he's had with the city of Denver, stemming from his childhood.

The veteran forward is working out alongside Wilson Chandler, Malik Beasley, Jamal Murray, Will Barton, Jameer Nelson, Trey Lyles, Darrell Arthur, and Kenneth Faried — including Monte Morris and Torrey Craig, who both signed two-way contracts with the team earlier this offseason.

The 32-year-old Millsap is slated to line-up next to rising star Nikola Jokic, making the Nuggets frontcourt a gifted breed of passing big men, and giving the offense endless possibilities for different sets under head coach Mike Malone.

The workouts, which will run until Thursday will go a long way into developing some team chemistry prior to the start of training camp. Millsap is slated to start at power forward next to Jokic, with Chandler, Gary Harris, and Emmanuel Mudiay expected to round out the starting five.

The Nuggets will have their first preseason game is Sep. 30 in Oakland against the Golden State Warriors and a regular season opener on the road against the Utah Jazz in Wednesday Oct. 18.
