Golden State Warriors center Kevon Looney had to leave the Dubs' 109-104 Game 2 win over the Toronto Raptors with an injury. Looney admitted after the game his chest hurt “pretty bad,” but the current plan is to play in Wednesday's Game 3:

Looney suffered the injury in the first quarter when Kawhi Leonard trucked through him on a drive to the basket. The Warriors big man wound up playing 10 minutes but was soon ruled out. He'll get more tests done and hopes to confirm it's nothing serious:

While Looney struggled in Game 2 with 0 points, one rebound and three fouls in those 10 minutes before leaving the game, he has been an integral part of the Warriors' rotation in these playoffs. The 23-year-old was crucial in helping Golden State close out the Houston Rockets without Kevin Durant, and then he performed well against the Portland Trail Blazers in the Western Conference Finals, shooting nearly 78% from the field.

Kevon Looney had nine points on 4-of-5 shooting in 28 minutes in the Warriors' 118-109 Game 1 loss. He's just one of several Warriors to be dealing with an injury in these NBA Finals, as Klay Thompson also had to leave Game 2 and Kevin Durant hasn't yet returned.

However, there's an outside chance all three of these players are good to go for Wednesday's Game 3.
