Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry and his wife, Ayesha Curry, were part of the GoPro Grand Prix of Sonoma IndyCar Series season finale Sunday at Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, Calif.

Ayesha was announced as the grand marshal of the race on September 8. Come race day, she was able to say: “drivers, start your engines!” over the loudspeaker.

Steph and Ayesha were driven around the course by racing legend Mario Andretti in a Honda two-seat IndyCar a few hours prior to the race.
