Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr was first to step into the media firing line after Tuesday night's 129-100 blowout loss to the San Antonio Spurs on opening night.
Kerr looked flustered every quarter of the game and it was clear that opposing coach Gregg Popovich had out-coached him through and through.

His biggest mistake was playing Draymond Green at the center spot for such long stretches during the game, where he was consistently abused by LaMarcus Aldridge, who finished with 26 points and 14 rebounds.
Kerr has fallen in love with his small lineup so much, that he only played newcomer Zaza Pachulia for 20 minutes, leaving a huge size disadvantage for Green to shoulder during the game.
More concerning than the offense was how the Spurs seemed to get every shot they wanted, hitting on 47 of 96 shot attempts.
The Warriors were out-rebounded 55-35 and 21-8 on the offensive glass. No team should be attempting 96 shots if you are indeed a championship contender. Kerr knows better than that.
