For Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green, Kevin Durant is still better than most people in the league even if he's not at a hundred percent.

Per Anthony Slater of The Athletic, Green chimed in on Durant's status heading into Game 5 of the NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors. The team has listed him as ‘questionable' for Game 5 — a good sign that he's better than before, though it's not for certain that he's fully healthy.

“He’s way better than a lot of people when he’s 100 percent,” Green said. “So if he’s 75 percent, he’ll still probably be better than a lot of people.”

Durant's last game was on April 4, in Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals against the Houston Rockets. His injury was diagnosed as a calf strain, but there were  rumors that the injury is much more serious than the Warriors report it to be.

Despite KD's absence, the Warriors managed to win their series against the Rockets convincingly in six games, leading some to believe that the team is actually better without him.

However, such thoughts have been quickly put aside now that the Warriors are in a must-win situation. As Green said, Durant is still better than most people. Though no one is doubting Green's claims, perhaps the only way to find out is to actually see Durant suit up in Game 5 and keep his team alive.

The Warriors trail the Raptors 3-1, with another defeat ending their championship hopes.
