Jordan Poole has been quite the revelation for the Golden State Warriors so far in the playoffs. He's been one of the most important players on the roster, particularly with Stephen Curry coming off the bench as part of his recovery program for a foot injury from the regular season.

If you ask Draymond Green, however, it is clear in his mind that Poole is no longer a rising star. According to the Warriors talisman, Poole has emerged as the team's top option on the offensive end:

“You’re talking about a guy who was on the third team All-G League last year, and is now our No. 1 option in these playoffs,” Green said, via Connor Letourneau of the San Francisco Chronicle. “The way he’s playing, he’s gained the trust of everyone on the team. He’s gained the trust of Coach (Steve) Kerr, and he’s gained fear from everybody else.”

That's some high praise from Green, especially if you consider how he's been around guys like Steph and Klay Thompson for literally his entire NBA career. As he said, Poole has earned the trust of his peers and most importantly, that of head coach Steve Kerr. At just 22, the future is bright for Jordan Poole — and the Warriors.
