Stephen Curry is a good defender, and his latest NBA Finals feat with the Golden State Warriors proves he has been criminally underrated in that aspect.

The Warriors sharpshooter is one of the greatest offensive talents in the NBA. His shooting has changed the league, which is why he is considered the GOAT shooter. As much as he's praised offensively, though, his defense has been often overlooked.

On Wednesday in Game 3 of the NBA Finals against the Boston Celtics, however, Curry made sure everyone notices how he impacts the game defensively as well. The Warriors guard cracked the Top 10 of the league's all-time list for most steals in the Finals, surpassing Robert Horry in the process.

What's amazing is that the list of players in the Top 10 are solid defenders. For one, there's Draymond Green at no. 9 and Michael Jordan at no. 7 with 62 steals. While it's unlikely Stephen Curry will surpass MJ or Larry Bird in this Finals series to make the Top 5, he can definitely climb a few spots more.
