According to the Associated Press (via USA Today), Francis plead guilty to the charge and “was sentenced Tuesday in Houston to time served and fined $1,000.”
Francis one of the players set to to play in Ice Cube's Big 3 league this summer. As of right now, it has not been reported if Francis' DWI charge will affect his availability to actually play in the Big 3.
