Former Houston Rockets All-Star Steve Francis, who spent 11 seasons in the NBA and also played for the Magic and Knicks, was arrested for in Texas in November for driving while intoxicated.

According to the Associated Press (via USA Today), Francis plead guilty to the charge and “was sentenced Tuesday in Houston to time served and fined $1,000.”

Francis one of the players set to to play in Ice Cube's Big 3 league this summer. As of right now, it has not been reported if Francis' DWI charge will affect his availability to actually play in the Big 3.
