With Brandon Ingram scoring a career-high 32 points Wednesday night against the Golden State Warriors, he was sure to get some praise.
Lakers head coach Luke Walton raved about him after the game, and Ingram himself had some positive things to say about his play.
But Ingram also drew praise from various members of the Warriors, including sixth man Andre Iguodala, per Ryan Ward of ClutchPoints.

Walton's comments came during shootaround Thursday morning in a response to a question on if teams are starting to change they way to defend Ingram.

Walton said he hasn't seen much change other than that scouts know Ingram likes to go right, so they are forcing to him to the other side.
“I know that defenses know, obviously, he likes to go right, so they're trying to send him left, but he's getting better at going left,” Walton said. “Even talking to Andre after the game last night, that was the first thing he said. He said, ‘He's getting good now because he's able to get to that left hand and still create in the lane, where before, we could force him that way and we knew nothing good was gonna happen.”
Ingram has steadily improved throughout the year, and his ability to use his left hand while still being effective is one of the major areas that's gotten better for him so far.
Once Ingram can rely almost equally on both hands, he will be a very difficult player to defend.
