In a photo taken on Monday night by ClutchPoints' own Ryan Ward, the Los Angeles Lakers revealed the location inside Staples Center where legendary shooting guard Kobe Bryant's two jerseys will be retired to the rafters.
Bryant, who will have both his No. 8 and No. 24 jerseys retired when the Lakers host the Golden State Warriors tonight, gets a spot to the left and to the right of Lakers legendary play-by-play announcer Chick Hearn's microphone jersey.

This is the perfect spot for Kobe Bryant's jerseys to be placed as it becomes immortalized forever amongst Lakers legends. Although Hearn sadly passed away in 2002 at the age of 85 shortly after the Lakers won their third consecutive NBA championship, the legendary broadcaster was easily one of Bryant's biggest supporters.

“8 had something that 24 never, ever, ever had… and that's the ability to grow hair,” Bryant said during a press conference tonight with the media.
