A lot of fans are now blasting the Los Angeles Clippers after trading for James Harden. At face value, it looks like their decision to stack up by adding him to the squad with Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, and Russell Westbrook led to a losing streak. They feasted once again after losing to Desmond Bane's hot hand along with other contributors from the Memphis Grizzlies system. The Beard expressed his dismay after the loss, the lingering mysteries in their five-game slump, and their mentality moving forward, via Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.

“Something we're trying to figure out. If we knew the answer to that, then we could correct it,” was the answer that James Harden gave after the Clippers continued to struggle to get into the offensive groove in their Grizzlies loss.

The Clippers struggled in the first quarter after they had only scored 20 points. Desmond Bane and the Grizzlies, on the other hand, notched 33 important buckets to get off a hot start. They responded well in the second quarter which got them a 25-point scoring outburst over Memphis' 19. Both squads exchanged haymakers in the second half which unfortunately knocked out the Clippers despite knocking down 33 points in the fourth quarter. Bane would score 27 points to torch the Paul George-led squad.

Harden revealed that they were not giving up on this, “We're all in this together… We're all trying to figure it out together. All got positive energy. It's tough losing games consecutively, but we're all in this thing together & we know the bigger picture.”

As of the moment, the Clippers have lost five straight games. Will they be able to make a statement win against the Denver Nuggets?
