Los Angeles Lakers superstar small forward LeBron James is 100 percent again, which is why he's playing like the best player in the world once more.

A serious groin injury forced James to miss 17 consecutive games last season. Although he came back on Jan. 31, it was clear LeBron still wasn't at 100 percent.

After a long offseason of rest and training, James is back to playing like The King:

“I’m playing injury-free,” James said, via Kevin Ding of Lakers.com. “I’m not injured. My quick twitch is back. My speed is back. My strength is back.

“Playing with a torn groin last year—-even when I came back it was still partially torn—it was difficult to be able to move and shift like I’m capable of doing defensively.”

The Lakers are 6-1 on the season. James is averaging 26.1 points, 8.3 rebounds and 11.1 assists while shooting 48.1 percent from the field, 28.9 percent from beyond the arc and 77.8 percent from the free-throw line.

Entering Friday's game against the Miami Heat, LeBron has recorded three straight triple-doubles. After missing the playoffs last season for the first time since his second year in the league, James is motivated more than ever this season and eager to win his fourth title.

With Anthony Davis by his side, LeBron has a great chance of bringing banner No. 17 to the Lakers in June.
