Tempers were flaring during Sunday's matchup between the Los Angeles Lakers and the New Orleans Pelicans. It didn't have too much to do with the opposing teams on the basketball court, though, as the altercations were actually between a few Lakers players and their own home fans.
The capacity crowd inside Crypto.com Arena was clearly incensed by the Lakers' poor play and the fans decided to let the players know what was up. A video of LeBron James jawing at a courtside fan during the game has gone viral and even Washington Wizards star Kyle Kuzma had to chime in:
One thing about the purp and gold they will be on your bumper!!!! 🤣😅 https://t.co/bmsSVFKOW1

Kuzma is no stranger to the rabid criticism of Lakers fans. As a matter of fact, the 26-year-old was one of, if not the most highly criticized individual on the squad during his time in Hollywood. He's definitely been a victim of some unwarranted and overly critical commentary through the years, and Kuzma just had to do a bit of a clap back at Lakers nation as this opportunity arose.
For what it's worth, it wasn't only LeBron who got into it with the fans on Sunday. Trevor Ariza and Russell Westbrook were also seen getting into heated conversations with some supporters amid their embarrassing shellacking at the hands of the Pelicans.
