In case you missed it, the Los Angeles Lakers recently brought in John Lucas III as a new assistant coach for the squad. In case that name rings any bells, it's probably because of his history with LeBron James.

John Lucas III, who used to play for the Chicago Bulls, was once dunked on so savagely by LeBron that the memory of that moment still resonates to this very day. Even Lucas himself can't help but bring up that disrespectful slam as he revealed his savage revenge plan on the Lakers superstar:

“Man it just hit me that I will be coaching LeBron James, the very man who jumped over me in a game,” Lucas said (h/t Bleacher Report on Twitter). “He going to have to do extra laps in practice for this.”

Lucas was clearly just joking around, but what cannot be denied is that this moment has stuck in the memory of the new Lakers coach through all these years. I mean, who could forget about an opponent literally jumping over you for a dunk:

These are the types of plays that you can watch over and over again and you still marvel at it every single time. LeBron has had some utterly disrespectful dunks throughout his decorated career, but this one has got to be right up there with the best of them. It looks like there are going to be a few awkward conversations for the Lakers once training camp starts.
