It's likely we'll be seeing LeBron James sporting a Cleveland uniform again … even if it's not his own.

The four-time NBA MVP tweeted on Wednesday that he needs newly-acquired Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.'s jersey as soon as possible.

While James currently resides in Los Angeles, his heart has always remained with his hometown — which includes their meandering football team that is the Browns.

Cleveland parlayed a few assets to the New York Giants in exchange for Beckham late Tuesday, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.

In what has been respectively one of LeBron James' least successful seasons in his 16-year career, he needed some type of good news. He is on the cusp of missing his first NBA postseason since his second year in the league, as his Los Angeles Lakers team sits at 31-36.

James watched the Browns finish their 2018-19 campaign 7-8-1, an improvement from the losing he's endured his entire life as a fan. In what appears to be their first major offseason coup in recent memory, they are a preseason favorite to win the AFC North next season.

The Browns now have a star-driven offense spearheaded by Baker Mayfield, Odell Beckham Jr., Jarvis Landry, Kareem Hunt and Nick Chubb.

In the NFC, though, LeBron James is a sheer Dallas Cowboys fan. Thus making OBJ's arrival in Northeast Ohio, (in lieu of remaining with the Cowboys' rivaled New York Giants) makes it all the more worthwhile for James.
