On Thursday morning, it was reported that LeBron James gifted Anthony Davis, his new Lakers teammate, his jersey number 23. That brought speculation as to what James' next number will be. He used to wear No. 6 in Miami and often wears it during practices.

Now, it appears James has confirmed his new jersey number.
