Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is a man who knows his history. This is not just basketball history we're talking about, but world history in general — as proven by James himself in a recent guided tour of the Berlin Wall in Germany.
James is currently traveling around the world for his “More Than an Athlete Tour.” After stops in Beijing and Paris, the most recent destination of LeBron's tour was in the German capital of Berlin, where the 33-year-old decided to take in the sights of the city.
As James made his way along the historic Berlin Wall, which was built in 1961 to physically divide West and East Germany, the three-time NBA champion shared his knowledge about the oppressive landmark. Being the socially inclined man that he is, James could not help but imagine what kind of effect such a divisive act would have on the U.S.

James broke through his own wall this summer. Having spent his previous 15 years in the Eastern Conference, LeBron stepped out of his comfort zone and took his talents out West.
James was considered by most as the long-standing King of the East. With his summer move to Los Angeles, he has set his sights on conquering a new and unfamiliar empire. However, he will need to go through the two-time defending champions Golden State Warriors and their dynasty in the making.
