The Memphis Grizzlies are definitely one of the teams to watch out for in the coming seasons. They now have two budding stars in Ja Morant and Dillon Brooks. And over the next few seasons, safe to say that the front office will get players that complement the playstyles of these two young guns.

Fortunately for the team, there are two unhappy stars that could be perfect. These two players are stars in the sense that they can produce on a consistent basis night in and night out. But at the same time, they won't hinder the Grizzlies' young guns from developing into superstars of their own right. Let's name and discuss these two players and how they can help the Grizzlies.

Potential Grizzlies Trades

Kevin Love

Kevin Love is one of the players that fit this mold. Yes, he's a star but at the same time, he won't overshadow Ja Morant as the Grizzlies' centerpiece. Cleveland Cavaliers fans know how Love adjusted his game when he was with LeBron James and Kyrie Irving. It was a difficult process as he's admitted in interviews. The drop in his numbers even made analysts question his real value. But at the end of the day, this sacrifice paid off as they won a title.

With this in mind, Love won't have a difficult time embracing whatever role he'll be given if he dons the Grizzlies jersey. Given that Morant is the front and center of the Grizzlies offense, Love could easily slip into a stretch-4 role and camp from deep, just like what he did with LeBron James. His signature outlet passes might experience a resurgence given the Grizzlies' young and active core.

Apart from the tangibles that Love could bring, there's also the wealth of experience that any team — especially a young one — could benefit from. Love's playoff battles, the lessons he learned from playing with two generational stars, his battles with depression, and many more.

Love has $60 million and two years left in his contract. This, coupled with the fact that he's not interested in a buy out will make it extra difficult for the Grizzlies to land him. This doesn't mean they should try.

Buddy Hield

Buddy Hield is another star player who will not completely change the Grizzlies' dynamics. Though he can create his own shots, Hield is known to be a dead-eye catch-and-shoot master. Sacramento Kings fans know how he can shoot lights out either in half-court settings and even fast-break plays. Given Morant's high-octane playstyle, Hield could be the perfect running mate for him. In addition, a shooter just opens up so many things on offense. Spacing won't be a problem for the team if Hield joins the fray.

Apart from this, Hield could share a tip or two to Morant with regard to proper shooting mechanics. This is Morant's main weakness in his young career. He's been dazzling fans with his athleticism and playmaking. But when it comes to shooting, Morant falls flat. There's no doubt that the Murray State standout is working on his jump shot as we speak. He definitely has the right coaches helping him out. But having someone like Hield, who's a career 40.6 percent shooter from deep, is just different.

Unlike Love, Hield may be an easier fish to catch. The Grizzlies need to insert some of the promising young guns plus a few draft picks and they might get the nod from the Kings.
