Andre Iguodala recently shot down attribution to a quote that has gone viral for a few days. Iguodala, who was recently traded to the Miami Heat was falsely quoted praising second-year Heat forward Duncan Robinson.

Iguodala hoped to nip that on the bud by taking to Twitter and clearing it up for his fan base.
I do be saying some crazy shit… but not that crazy…

Iguodala is fresh off a six-year stint next to The Splash Brothers of the Golden State Warriors, with two shooters in Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson who could wind up with many of the NBA's all-time shooting records.
Curry still has the record for most threes in a season (402) and Thompson has the best scoring quarter in NBA history (37 points), along with the record for most threes in a game (14).

Even before he came to The Bay, Iguodala was playing with Kyle Korver, who is the fourth most-prodigious shooter in the history of the game (2,428 made threes).
Robinson has been a revelation for the Heat and is surely worthy of praise, but one would have to knock a few screws loose off Iguodala's brain for him to say he's “easily” the best shooter he's ever played with.
The 25-year-old Heat marksman is having a career-best season averaging 12.8 points on 46% from the floor, 43.8% from deep, and 90% from the foul line, but players like Curry, Thompson, and even Korver have done this continuously throughout their long NBA careers.
A little Photoshop and some crazy imagination can go a long way, but it's good that the Heat veteran turned this down before his reputation as a smart player and businessman were compromised.
