Miami Heat small forward Jimmy Butler admits he can be a “little extra at times.”
Butler says he doesn't think there's anything wrong with his demeanor or past actions because he cares about winning and works harder than anyone else.
“I'm a little extra at times. I don't think there's not too much wrong with that, either,” Butler said, via ESPN. “If you do what I do every day, and other people don't go about it that way, I think you might have a problem with it, too.
“I love my job. I love the game. I love to work. I'm at it every single day at hours and times when people don't want to do it. I think, why doesn't everybody do what I do? To this day, I don't understand it. I really don't. Will I ever understand it? Probably not. Will I overreact? Probably so.”
Jimmy Butler has a reputation as a locker room chemistry killer and had issues with the Chicago Bulls and Minnesota Timberwolves.

The new Heat star worked so hard for everything he has gotten, so when he sees other players not working as hard as him, he's going to have a problem with it and let people know.
Butler averaged 18.7 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.0 assists last season while shooting 46.2 percent from the field, 34.7 percent from beyond the arc and 85.5 percent from the free-throw line. Jimmy is a four-time All-Star and one of the best two-way players in the league.
