Miami Heat center Bam Adebayo gave Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James a dose of his own medicine during their 2020 NBA Finals rematch on Saturday night. LeBron James has been known for his signature chase-down blocks, so it's definitely a new sight to see him on the receiving end of one.

This play from the Heat All-Star big man almost reminded us of his clutch defensive stop in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals when he blocked Jayson Tatum's potential game-tying dunk attempt in the closing seconds.
While this block on LeBron didn't come in the final seconds, it's arguable that this made an immediate impact on the game as the Heat just came out on top of the recently concluded contest, squeezing by the defending champions with a 96-94 victory. This served as the 23-year-old's lone swat on the evening, but it became one of the most important plays of the game for Miami.
Miami hasn't carried the momentum of their NBA Finals run last year into this season and has struggled through the first two months. Perhaps this revenge win over their tormentors from last October could finally get the Heat going as they look to ascend in the Eastern Conference standings.
