After Sunday afternoon's game between the Miami Heat and the Atlanta Hawks, superstar guard Dwyane Wade showed the ultimate sign of respect to Trae Young by swapping jerseys with the rookie.
The game ended as a blowout, with the Hawks winning by a final score of 106-82. Even though his team took a beating, Dwyane Wade was a good sport and presented his jersey to a grinning Young before posing for a photo.

Both players performed admirably in Wade's last game in State Farm Arena. Wade posted 11 points to go along with four rebounds and three assists, which included a no-look alley-oop to Derrick Jones Jr. that was one of the top highlights of the night.

Trae Young led the Hawks in scoring with 24 points but was equally impressive with his distribution. The sharpshooter dished out 15 dimes — just two short of his career high.
While the two players have different playing styles, Wade can certainly be a positive influence on the 20-year-old after having one of the best careers as a shooting guard that the league has seen.
“Flash” won three championships with the Heat and was a 12-time NBA All-Star. Known for his fadeaway jumper and sneaky finishing ability in the paint, Wade also was a terror on defense, placing on an All-NBA Defensive team five times.
While Young has a long way to go, Atlanta fans can hope that their rookie will one day be as successful as Wade has been while utilizing his own unique style.
