Giannis Antetokounmpo signed a five-year, $228.2 million extension with the Milwaukee Bucks, giving him the richest contract in NBA history. Following his megadeal with the Bucks, Antetokounmpo revealed his plans for the next five years.

“I just want to have kids, being able to raise my kids, and win a championship,” he continued while speaking to reporters, via ESPN's Eric Woodyard. “After that, my life's complete. I can retire in five years. Nah, I'm joking.”
Since last season, people have wondered whether or not Giannis was committed to playing for the Bucks for the long haul. In the meetings that led to Antetokounmpo inking his new contract, both sides spoke about the future of the franchise. The Bucks made it clear to Giannis that they will do anything to surround him with talented players, beginning with a massive trade for Jrue Holiday this offseason.
With the Bucks falling short in the playoffs in recent seasons, Antetokounmpo is itching to get an opportunity to win the first championship in his career. Besides forging a family in Milwaukee, Giannis wants to secure an NBA title soon to add another achievement to his resume.
