Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo got a huge boost during Monday's game as NBA players were finally allowed to have select visitors pop in inside the bubble.

Antetokounmpo's girlfriend Mariah Danae Riddlesprigger and his son, Liam, were both cleared to sit courtside in Game 1 of the Bucks' best-of-7 series against the Miami Heat. Liam was even seen rocking daddy's jersey as they cheered him on.

Unfortunately, his family's presence wasn't enough for Giannis and the Bucks after they fell short against the Heat 115-104. Given that, the Greek Freak wants to keep his focus on the task at hand.

“It's awesome. I've been here almost two months.” Antetokounmpo said after the game, per Ben Golliver of The Washington Post.”Having my brothers but not now my and my girlfriend, it's nice to see some familiar faces. We've still got a job to do.”

To his standards, Giannis Antetokounmpo had a subpar Game 1. He finished with just 18 points and 10 rebounds, far from his season averages of 29.5 points and 13.6 rebounds per game. It also didn't help that the reigning MVP tallied a total of six turnovers and shot 4-of-12 from the charity stripe.

Giannis was also evidently absent in the crucial stretch of Monday's game with just three points and three turnovers in the fourth quarter.

It was deja vu for the Bucks as, they once again dropped the first game of their playoff series. They lost Game 1 to the Orlando Magic before bouncing back with four straight wins to eliminate them. Giannis and the rest of his team is hoping that this loss would help motivate them to regain control of the series.

Given how fiery and fierce the Heat have been in the playoffs, the Bucks might need more than just inspiration from their families.
