Jabari Parker didn't hold back his disappointment after telling the media that three of Jason Kidd's assistant coaches have been let go today.

Tim Grgurich; a well-known guru within NBA circles and Eric Hughes were relieved of their duties with the team, along with Frank Johnson; Parker's personal coach, who assisted with his rehabilitation process.

“The most important thing that happened with (assistant coaches leaving) was my personal coach Frank Johnson was let go,” said Parker, according to Eric Nehm of ESPN Milwaukee. “It was kind of really hard for me to accept because that's a guy I came forward every day seeing him every day and to not have him by my side is really going to be hard for me.”

Yet Parker plans to still keep Johnson involved with his recovery, hoping the two can finish out what they started.

“He knows and we talked over it, but that's out of my control and I'm going to do the best I can to still keep him involved because he's such a vital piece to my development,” said Parker. “And I emphasized that way before I was getting to this point and I kind of need him, but he's in a good position mentally and I can keep calling on him for help.”

The nature of the business often calls for these types of measures. A new head coach, even if it's an interim, will often come with his own people to help him throughout the season. Given how Milwaukee fired Kidd, they're likely welcoming of a clean house at the coaching ranks; even if it does affect Parker and others.
