The Milwaukee Bucks and Miami Heat are doing battle in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on Wednesday, just two days after Heat star Jimmy Butler torched the Bucks for 40 points in Game 1. Butler's scoring outburst and fourth-quarter heroics not only propelled the Heat to a series lead but also prompted questions about Giannis Antetokounmpo's defense.

Antetokounmpo, the 2019-20 NBA Defensive Player of the Year, responded with a big block of Butler from the help side during the second quarter of Wednesday's game.

Of course, it is still worth noting Wesley Matthews has been Butler's primary on-ball defender, but perhaps that will change if the game is close in the fourth quarter.

Giannis Antetokounmpo had a rather trite response to a reporter's question after Game 1, saying he did not switch onto Butler because he positions himself according to coach Mike Budenholzer's wishes. Giannis also added “Why would you ask that?”

The response garnered plenty of criticism from fans and former players alike, especially considering Antetokounmpo had just been named DPOY.

Will Antetokounmpo take on Butler late in the game? The Heat currently lead the Bucks by six at the half.
