LeBron James had no choice but to give credit where credit is due to Giannis Antetokounmpo after Thursday night's game.
After the Milwaukee Bucks dispatched the Los Angeles Lakers 111-104 for NBA supremacy, the veteran forward gave props where props is due — he couldn't help but tip his hat off to the “Greek Freak” for nailing a career-high five three-pointers versus the Lakers.

For the record, Antetokounmpo isn't a good three-pointer shooter by any means — he's a career 28.6 percent shooter from beyond the arc.
Antetokounmpo led the Bucks to their 25th win of the season while posting a double-double in just 32 minutes of work. The 25-year-old forward posted 34 points and 11 rebounds while outshining James' triple-double effort of 21 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists.
Entering this game, James — who is in the midst of his 16th season — downplayed the game between two of the NBA's top teams due to the fact that it's in the regular season.
Via Spectrum Sportsnet:
“No. I’m 17 years in and a regular season game like that… it’s just two teams just trying to get better and better. But no, it doesn’t feel special.”
The Bucks and the Lakers entered this game with two of their best records in the NBA — Milwaukee at 24-4 and Los Angeles also at 24-4. However, Milwaukee was clearly the better team in this game as they raced out to a 21-point lead in the first half. The Lakers made it somewhat of a game in the second half but the Bucks were just too much for Los Angeles to handle on the road.
The Lakers will get a chance at revenge on the Bucks when they host Milwaukee at Staples Center in March.
