Golden State Warriors star Kevin Durant is apparently a big fan of Milwaukee Bucks forward Khris Middleton.
The two teams face off on Friday night on ESPN, and both players figure to play important roles for their respective squads in what should be a highly-entertaining matchup from start to finish.
Kevin Durant is having another fantastic season in averaging 29.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 6.3 assists per game, but Khris Middleton is also off to a great start in his sixth year in the league and is expected to be back in action after missing Wednesday's game against Detroit.
Middleton's solid play this season has made Durant take notice of the former Texas A&M star, according to Stephen Watson of WISN 12 News.
"I'm a huge Khris Middleton fan. We all in the league realize what he does."
We have a tendency to ask opposing stars about Giannis because their praise is so high, but I'm glad @eric_nehm asked Kevin Durant about Middleton, who is expected to be back with the @Bucks tonight. pic.twitter.com/mg0bEkIZb1

Khris Middleton's success has helped the Bucks get off to a 16-7 start, and they'll look to build off their impressive 134-111 victory in Golden State earlier this season.
Both Middleton and Kevin Durant each posted 17 points in that game, but there's no doubt that the Warriors star will be looking to exact a little revenge for his team when they take the court in Milwaukee.
The Warriors sit at 17-9 on the season entering their game against the Bucks and has now managed to win two in a row after the noteworthy four-game losing streak in mid-November. Steve Kerr's group has posted wins over Atlanta and Cleveland this week, but this game will undoubtedly be more challenging.
After the matchup with the Bucks, the Warriors will return home for back-to-back games against the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Toronto Raptors.
