ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski just recently reported that a Minnesota Timberwolves-Miami Heat deal centered around Jimmy Butler has fallen apart. With negotiations reaching another dead end, Butler's camp has started questioning if the Wolves front office is actually making a deal or just pretending to get a deal done.
ESPN's Stefano Fusaro tweeted out the thoughts of the four-time All-Star's camp regarding the on-going trade negotiations.

Few weeks have already passed since Tom Thibodeau and the Wolves have announced that they are finally bent on trading their disgruntled superstar. But it appears that it is the Wolves camp that would always force teams to back off from negotiations due to reports that Minnesota's asking price is way too high. It is important to note that Butler will be a free agent next year, making it more difficult for Minny's trade partners to commit more valuable assets in exchange for the 29-year old star.
But Thibodeau, the team's head coach and president of basketball operations, has reiterated that Minnesota is indeed trying to get ‘something' done. The clock is ticking fast against the Wolves front office, as even the fans are already booing Thibodeau during a preseason game, an obvious sign that people are already getting tired from this trade circus.
